Christmas pictures

I know, I'm a slacker. But here they are.

We spent Christmas eve at my dad's house, which was fun as always. Santa came to our new house, too, which was fun! He brought Silas some rain boots that look like frogs, a big stuffed dog, and some stepstools. :) Christmas morning, Jason's parents came over for breakfast and present-opening. Then Dianne and I spent all morning making lunchh - this was my first time cooking Christmas Day lunch and WOW, was that a lot of work!! I could have never, ever done it without Dianne! So thank you to her for our wonderful turkey curry Christmas day feast.

Julie, Jim and Patty (Julie's mom) also joined us for lunch which was GREAT. I love having family and friends over together. Jim and Jason led the Christmas jam and sang some carols and some old favorites too.

A couple of days after the 25th, we went up to the mountains to celebrate Christmas with my mom and Reginald. She gave us one of her paintings! I'm telling you, she is SO talented. I'm very proud of her. I'll post a picture of the painting sometime soon.
